Capture any geographic location as a bronze contour map wall sculpture. The wall art is made with real bronze (~80%) which is oxidised (rusted) and polished by hand, resulting in an antique bronze patina. Some layers are extensively oxidised (rusted) to give the beautiful turquoise-green colour and oxidation pattern. This is a natural process and will result in a slightly different and unique finish each time. Other layers are polished with a special metal polish that makes them reflective, while at the same time blackening imperfections, giving a smoky old bronze finish. A wall fixing loop is provided on the back so as to mount each piece to the wall.
The wall decor is 3D printed and then finished by hand to a very high standard. Any contour map (real or imaginary) can be used, but it works best for terrain which has some difference in height, e.g. valleys, hills, mountains, etc.
